Re-install keng.com blog theme

After my keng.com blog was broken when displayed on IE browser for a while. Also with the FM 100.5 host show my website in IE and I saw it was broken. Today, I have a free time and tried to figure out what happen. But so poor, I cannot find the error. So I re-installed the theme and customized something to make it similar as before.
